We provide a safe place to talk about mental health, and you get to join from the comforts of your room. You’ll hear the story of our Co-President Iris and then be added to a smaller discussion group to build a closer community.
Through these online meetups, you not only gain a safe place for people to talk with but also access to our private community Mighty Networks where experiences are shared, educational videos are offered, inspirational texts are presented and tips can be found. At mighty networks, you also get to contribute your voice and knowledge by creating questions, polls, games, and much more.
