We’re here to help you make your Depression and/or Anxiety a bit more bearable. After the talks of our speakers, you’ll realize you’re not alone in this. 2 speakers will talk about their experiences with Depression & Anxiety, therapies, self-therapy, and more. We’ll also play some small games to get you to feel comfortable. But it’s always up to you to which extent you share things. You don’t have to talk, but you will still be heard. We understand you.
