Every depression & anxiety disorder is different, and so is the way people try to cope with it & the way people go through recovery, despite the endless amount of manuals on how these disorders “work”. Just like we all have a different fingerprint, we have a different way of dealing with depression and anxiety (or both).

Types of Depression & Anxiety

Most people think depression means laying in bed. And anxiety means you are not able to talk. This is absolutely not true. There are many types of depression and anxiety out there, but most people have too little knowledge on it. We’re here to open up the conversation about these two and to help you make the fight feel less lonely.

Two Real-Life Stories

Two speakers who have experienced depression/anxiety in different ways will share their stories & what helped them heal, or what is helping them at the moment. You can ask them anything you want & you're more than welcome to share something too (you don't have to). We're here to make you feel heard and understood.

The Online Event

We value privacy more than anything. That's why we ask everyone to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements. This means that sharing content from the event will lead to fines.

We're here to share tips and provide advice on how to possibly deal with Depression/Anxiety. No one is the same, so tips from your side are always valued!
